Anahit Avanesyan is an Armenian statesman and lawyer. Briefly about her: Born in 1979 in Yerevan. A lawyer by training, she graduated from Yerevan

State University and the American University of Armenia. She worked as a lawyer in government agencies and non-governmental organizations.

She held senior positions in the pharmaceutical sector for several years. In 2018, she became Deputy Minister of Health of Armenia. Since January 2021, she has been appointed Minister of Health of Armenia.
