Earthquake in Garni and neighboring villages on November 23 at 17:35 local time (13:35 GMT) seismological network of the Territorial Service

seismic protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia registered an earthquake with geographical coordinates of 40.14° north latitude and 44.77° east

longitude, 4 km northeast of the village of Garni, Armenia. The source of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 km, magnitude — 1.2. The strength of tremors at the epicentral

zone was 1–2 points. The earthquake was felt in the villages of Garni, Gokht and Geghard in the Kotayk region with an intensity of 1–2 points.
