This recipe will help strengthen your hair roots and prevent hair loss. Ingredients Vitamin B6 — 1 ampoule Vitamin B12 — 1 ampoule Burdock oil — 2 tbsp. l. (can be replaced with castor oil)

Honey (melted in a water bath) — 2 tbsp. l. Hair balm you use — 2 tbsp. l. Preparation Mix all ingredients.

Apply the mixture to the hair roots, then distribute thoroughly and evenly over the entire length. Put on a plastic cap and wrap a towel on top to create a sauna effect. After an hour, wash it off. Live healthy and be beautiful!
