

Nikol Pashinyan is an Armenian statesman and political figure, the current Prime Minister of Armenia. Briefly about him: Born: June 1, 1975
in the city of Ijevan. Profession: journalist and editor by training. In his youth he worked for several newspapers and became famous thanks to opposition journalism. Later he became involved in politics and became one of the leaders of the opposition movement.
In 2018, he led mass peaceful protests that led to a change of government (they are often called the “velvet revolution”). May 8, 2018 elected
Prime Minister of Armenia. After that he was re-elected several times. Married, has four children.
