A partial pension is assigned to: Employees of certain categories in the field of education and culture, if they have reached the age of 55 and have at least 25 calendar years of work experience, of which at least 12 years are professional experience.

Actors of certain categories of theater and concert organizations, if they have reached the age of 50 and have at least 25 calendar years of work experience, of which at least 12 years are professional experience. Persons specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 who, before the entry into force of this law, were registered in

the procedure established by law for the assignment of a partial pension (and had at least 12 calendar years of professional experience),
