Arsen Torosyan is a famous Armenian statesman and doctor. Briefly about him: Born in 1982 in Yerevan. A doctor by training, he specialized

in public health. In 2018–2021, he served as Minister of Health of Armenia. Was one of the leaders of the struggle

with COVID-19 in the country. After his resignation, he became a deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia from the Civil Contract party. Later he held other government positions related to social policy.
